I know you can't understand me,
When I say you mean so much to me;
But when I reach home and you are away
I feel so sad, I just can't take away my tears.

I know you understand me,
When I hug you when you reach home from school;
Or when I buy you your favorite milk,
Even if I don't have enough money to spare.

I know you don't understand me,
When at times I can't spare you the rod;
But I know you will understand me
When you are out of danger, my dearest Angel.
