2004—served as a resource person in an internet creative writing workshop among Aklanon budding writers presently based in various parts of the world, like the USA, Switzerland, Germany, Saipan, Micronesia, and the Philippines. The outputs of that workshop are published in a book entitled: Haiku, Luwa and Other Poems edited by M. Cichon, E. L. Faral, and L. Navarro. (2005)
2003---privately published the pamphlet, Love Can Find A Way and Other Proverbs on Love
2003---served as a panelist in the First Agustin Regional Writers Workshop, May 10-22, 2003, University of San Agustin, Iloilo City
2002—the only Aklanon founder and officer of Ilonggo Literature Archive, Inc.
2002—read Aklanon poems in schools and in restaurants together with Hiligaynon poets in Iloilo and Miag-ao, Iloilo.
2002—edited the literary folio of Ilonggo Literature Archives, Inc., ILA Lang na Tanan, Aton man ina gihapon… where his Aklanon haiku were published
2002—his five Aklanon haiku were published in SanAg2, November 2002, the first published Aklanon haiku.
2001—set up the Aklanon Literature website (http://www.geocities.com/aklanonliterature), where Aklanon poetry, riddles, songs, tales, and short stories, are featured. This is also the first of its kind in the Philippines. As of June 19,2004, the website was visited 9972 times by worldwide audiences.
2000-2001---appointed as a lecturer at UPV College of Management, Iloilo City
1999—two of his English poems were included in the book, In Time Passing, There Are Things
