Again
He lies down
Half-naked on the landing
Of an over-pass
Where hundreds of blind pedestrians pass by.
He wishes someone would drop a coin on his cartoon bed,
Or a piece of pan de sal or a pack of biscuit
To fill in his empty stomach.
Fortunately, when a baby girl with her mother passes by
To this homeless man,
She drops her half-filled popcorn pack
Beside his bed.
In an instance,
He picks it up and looks up
To the cloudy skies
And starts munching its content.
